Has anyone experienced problems with InControl? I believe my HSE Dynamic, which I took delivery of in May, was one of the first RRSs to have it fitted. I've had no end of problems - a 12-mile journey recorded as over 26,000 miles, false notification of theft, failure to show whether the vehicle is locked etc if the vehicle hasn't been used for more than about a day (but it still gives info on fuel status etc) and now it has stopped recording journeys altogether! The dealer hasn't got a clue, so I've been dealing with LR customer services, which has been like drawing teeth. After lots of to-ing and fro-ing they are now going to replace the telematics unit in the hope that this fixes it. I'm not convinced, but we shall see...

Quick update: it went into dealership last Wednesday for new telematics unit, a two to three hour job I was told. Well, long story short - it's now Monday evening and I'm still without my car. The dealership admitted it was the first one they'd had to fit, it hadn't come with any instructions(!) and they didn't even know to start with where on the vehicle it was located. Land Rover promised that one of their engineers would be sent to do the job, but that never happened. It's pretty clear that Land Rover are not giving the dealer adequate support. Disgraceful.

Well that is a disgrace the dealers working blind land rover need to improve there customer service quickly bad in any car but even worse when the cars cost over £65 k 2016 bmw x5 40d m-sport space grey
