Recurring Electrical Fault Codes

Hi All,

Can you help? I have the following recurring fault codes on a RRS 2008 3.6 TDV8, all the time, every time:

U0132 - Lost communication with Suspension Control Module A
U0159 - Lost Communication with Parking Assist Control Module A
B1B70 - LIN Bus Circuit 2

I clear them and they come back immediately. So far I have disconnected both the suspension control module (to the right of the steering column) and the parking module (rear passenger side in the boot), sprayed with WD and replaced in case of a connector fault. No change.

I suggest these faults are linked to the third bus circuit. Can anybody suggest some fault finding? And where the LIN Bus Circuit 2 is?

PS there are no apparent faults with the parking sensors, or suspension control module other than an occasional fault of C1A20 Pressure Increase Too Slowly When Filling.

Thanks in advance.

If you are having no issues with the car, ignore them Thumbs Up

My own D3 has around 12 recurring faults of a similar nature. None of which affect the car in the slightest.

You will go round and round in circles trying to get to the bottom of those codes, I suspect, with no resolution

Thanks Disco_Mikey - my thoughts exactly. Good to get another opinion.
