Damage to Rear Panel/Wheel Arch

Someone thoughtfully put a trolley full pelt into the rear panel on the Sport whilst parked in a Sydney Car park today,
about a 8 inch (20 cm) straight line dent on the wheel arch up to the rear passenger door, i doubt that will be easy
or cheap to remove/repair .. Censored Evil or Very Mad Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Well here is the picture .. sure it will buff out Big Cry Censored

had 3 quotes, all from NRMA/AAMI (insurance company) body shops, not the small independents.. Interesting range of quotes

First one: $800, visible evaluation and confirmed on Letterhead paper, draw the metal back out, minimal filler, door and rear quarter respray..can start next week, vehicle for 3 days, number of Porsche's and X series BK in the yard. Laughing
Second One: $1300 Full evaluation with pictures and computerised quote, highly detailed quote, car for a week, cannot say when they can start the job Rolling Eyes
Third: $1000, visible and verbal evaluation, claimed it was a UTE that hit the vehicle based upon the paint mark Shocked did add further customer experience by trying to buff out the remaining yellow paint and sealed the broken paint Thumbs Up but cannot look at it for 2 weeks at least and wants it back for a formal evaluation..

No brainer then, go where the X series drivers go
