There goes some more of the Supercharged model's uniqueness in the market then!

Soon you'll not be able to tell externally at all if a Supercharged is real or not anymore. So much for paying more for exclusivity. L319 D4 HSE

Exactly my thoughts... if you want something unique seems best to go to aftermarket tuner for costly mods Sad Why do they do this. It really sucks Evil or Very Mad

So, now anyone who buys a TDV6 HSE can go and buy the SC grilles and vents, can order the DR pack and get the wheels and brakes, and also buy the Stormer's if they want to, they can buy a Supercharged badge for the tailgate, get chrome exhaust tip welded on facing rearwards....the only discernible difference is going to be the performance, however I fear that the people who go all out to make a fake Supercharged are not bothered about that, more what it looks like.

At least you guys are enjoying the previlage of owning/driving an RRS SC now before the SC's uniqueness disappears, which won't be long.

However, just think how I feel? Ordered an RRS SC 1st Edition in April and probably will get my car only in Jan/Feb 2006. By that time every Tom, Dick & Harry will be driving a 'similar' car!!

In the pre-launch RRS price list it showed the Dynamic Pack as an option for the diesel. It was then withdrawn, with the excuse that they couldn't get enough parts (well, that's what they told me when I tried to spec it for mine!).

I think you will find that this isn't a new decision by LR, just the re-introduction of their original intention.

But then again, what do I know?

Yes, the Dynamic Pack was a "delayed option" and was always intended to be available for non-Supercharged vehicles. But SC had priority, for obvious reasons.

Must admit that if the dynamic pack was available when i orderd mine I would have had it. As it stands though I dont seem to see it is worth the extra cash. The car handles ok without it, but if it was a supercharged then with the extra go, it probably makes a difference and only a drive in a supercharged will change that opinion. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

If you go through the vehicle builder on the Land Rover site and build a TDV6 HSE up to the max, when you add the DR pack it automatically removes the adaptive Xenon Headlight package.

So there IS one thing other than the engine that will differentiate them....headlights....OOOOH, wow. L319 D4 HSE

Spain 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Buckingham Blue
Dynamic Pack now available for 4.4 V8 TDV6

Is this an after sales option? I think we have all been taken for a ride by Land Rover the 1st Editions were not numbered so it was only a matter fo time before they began to produce more. V8 Diesel to available from next year? What is clear is that Ford know that they have a winner here and are going to milk it for all it's worth. Market forces I suppose. I am getting my engine chipped and the limiter removed but I have not changed anything estethic to my car because I like it the way it is but that is my personal opinion. Here in Spain I could sell my car for the same cost as I bought it because they have a six month waiting list and I have done 7600 kilometres. RRS TDV6 HSE BUCKINGHAM BLUE BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR RHODIUM TASMOD SILLS PARROT 3000 EVOLUTION WHITE SIDE REPEATERS RRPORT.CO.UK BROLLY & STICKER

I believe the DR PACK includes the Adaptive Xenons as per Kam100's comments at start of this thread.

I would also like to point out that anyone considering this addition when ordering from new in my opinion should definately go for it! The difference in the general cornering abilities is so much better, the car does not wallow & when you drive through some B roads that twist & wind -you soon realise what the DR Pack does. I'm not sure it does because when you add the Dynamic Response pack it says:

In order to select this part, the following changes will be made:

Following parts will be added:
Alloy Wheels 20 Inch
Following parts will be removed:
Bi-Xenon Headlamps
Alloy Wheels 19 Inch 5V Style L319 D4 HSE

RRUK,
Bi Xenons are standard fitment and adaptive are included in the Dynamic Pack. As such they have to be removed to specify the D Pack. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.
