2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HST Stornoway Grey

Burning rubber smell under pressure

Hi I have a 2008 RRS 3.6 TDV8. Under duress I get a burning rubber smell which dissipates very quickly when the power is eased. This is generally noticed going uphill and towing. Surely there must be something to correct this as it can't be normal?

It is a shame as apart from this it is a great drive.
