Insurance is up on my TDV8 in a couple of weeks and as More Than has decided to increase my premium by £50 I've spent 10 minutes on a comparison site just now and can save £105 by jumping ship with Sainsburys - same cover and half the XS now for £270. Crazy annual game we play.

Also got a couple of quotes on newer RRS too. SDV6 came in at £410 and the 5.0 SC at £426............................  FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

We looked on Go Compare, rang our current insurer (Direct Line) and stayed with them. £399 fully comp on a RRS 4.2 SC which I thought was pretty good. 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)

I got mine thru Admiral, way cheaper than I was expecting as well...... £300.88, although i also pay them £316 for my 2005 passat estate worth a fraction of my TDV8????
Still not complaining tho

My fleet policy is loaded due to Sport and now FF due to "value and replacement parts cost". A 44 tonne artic is considered less of a risk apparently even though it does @ 200000 miles a year and Rover less than 4.
It always pays to shop about as found this year after 28 years with the same company I was paying over double what I am currently paying.  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
