Good find. Sometimes, if the bearing is hot it will "suck" cold water into the hot bearing (boat trailers are a good example)

To be honest, I was a bit worried that it might be the diff, glad it's not.

Hi, Happy New Year to you all.
The car is now repaired, my friend has replaced the faulty wheel bearing. £180 in total for job, genuine LR part. Car back on the road so a happy start to 2014.
Next job to do is new timing belts and poss the erg valves, but still not sure. 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE

Timing belts are a doddle to do, and if your 06MY profile is correct, blank your EGR valves Thumbs Up
