United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Bonatti Grey
Worst badge ever

I saw a 05 S/C this morning in Bonatti grey at my local shops. Looked good until I saw that instead of having the black and silver LR badge on the back left. It had been replaced with a green and gold badge with "Chipperfield" on it.
Looked like a cheap bit of dealer advertising IMHO and did nothing for the car. MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield, tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.

It really p*sses me off when dealers stick what amounts to free advertising on cars. Some round here even add their own little badges like the one Josh mentions, but usually in addition rather than instead of the makers badge.
With one car I had every time it came back from being serviced the dealer had replaced the rear window sticker that I had peeled off after the previous service, they never did it again as I threatened not to return to them, and also made a point when booking the next service to ask that no stickers be added to the rear window unless they were going to do the service for free, in which case I would have been happy to "wear" one in the rear screen! A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

Steve, I think this is because they have to by law! The new (well about 3 years old) rules require that the maker of the plate has to be displayed on it, generally as a postcode but dealers have latched onto it and now they an extra advertising space!
My Defender has Halfords made plates and all that is shown there is "Halfords" and the British Standards number that it complies with. A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

Well I've found one that doesn't pretend to be anything, looks just like a Supercharged or Autobiography badge but all it reads " Land Rover Special Vehicles". A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.
