You'd have to import one from somewhere like Australia, however, as mse says, the EU outlawed them about 10 years ago. There's a good chance that you'd be stopped and made to remove a bar. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

The law has been amended a few times, 2005 and 2007, hence Ady's dealer fitting them. EU legislation means any front impact protection must be EU approved, which will mean the plastic type filled with foam. It is illegal in the EU to manufacture, sell or fit them unless the vehcile is older than the date the legislation came in, which I think covers all Range Rover Sports...

The legislation covers any bars, full, 'A' or otherwise...

Why would anything like that be necessary in the UK? Other than for ram raid robberies? Current: 06 RR Sport HSE TDV6, Bonatti grey, black leather. Defender 90 pick up. Vito 110cdi

A-bars and Bull bards both banned unless they are plastic...which shocked me to find out most of the plastic version actually improve front crash protection for pedestrians! certainly the Land Rover ones.

Metal bull bars are pointless anyway, unless you have some really extreme ones, like ARB's, then all you do is more damage to your car when you hit something...because the bar bends into the car etc!! Mike

Call that a bullbar? Here we call it a nudge bar for little parking protection! Personally, I don't like them as they spoil the look of the car. Some are hideous.
