Rear Alpine DVD Player Repair

Hi all,

Just wondering had to have my unit sent for repair, as the blue screen showing " Mecha Error" appeared, and I'm curious as to what I should expect to pay, been prewarned by the shop it's likely to be around £100 + vat, which seems fair.... Any ideas or help?
