2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Zambezi Silver

CD/radio removal. 06 s/c

please can someone let me know how to remove the trim needed etc and how to get the radio head unit out? i'm wanting to fit the dvd/tv in motion wiring harness. many thanks.
