Dublin

Guys, I'm off to Dublin next Friday (2nd June) for 2 nights on a lads weekend away (Mrs ST is going to Mallorca)

I've been once before but didn't see much more than the inside of several pubs/bars and lapdancing bars!

This will probably be the same again, but is there anywhere you think we should try and take in whilst we are there?

Last time we flew from Blackpool, they let us through the search/metal detector and passport control with our half finished Guinness' in hand! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

To be fair, one of the lads did suggest Cork instead of Dublin....

I agree, have been to Cork and Dublin several times and Cork's the nicer place to go for a weekend break. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

I have been to both several times - love Dublin

Rugby tour to Cork - Pants - but was good hotel/nightlife - which was literally in the one hotel - it was the centre of attraction on the main street.

Usually sta in the temple bar hotel - temple bar when I stop in Dublin - last time there I had the pleasent surprise of meeting Melinda Messanger Wink

When I say you are the Forum's expert, I don't mean anything sinister.

It's just that your wife seems to have more pairs of shoes than everyone else's wives put together. Wink Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Sorry, I thought we were in a "Puppies free zone"

So I was stuck for anything else to say. Embarassed

Melinda Messanger is up there with Linda Lusardi as one of my favourite all time page three girls. Thumbs Up

Back in the late seventies there was a girl from our local all girls school that appeared on Page 3. Her name was Julie Boot. She became an icon at our all boys school, which was literally just down the road.

I've searched the internet but can't find any photo's of her though. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
