Check that the battery is ok.

Could be that the compressor is getting tired. Or that the relay controlling it is on its way out. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Battery is a good call but if your getting no other problems, most likely a sensor.check the orange blocks on the axle on the 4x4 screen. One only needs to be a fraction out and it can cause this.
The wires on the sensors are very exposed and can give a bad signal. You can get to them easily and check them and a squirt of wd40 helps.

hello
your issue may be an internal leak on your compressor, caused by a weak exhaust valve. My rrs started by intermittantly flashing up amber with the suspension fault. I fixed mine 3 1/2 months ago and not had any issues. Its also is worth checking the wiring in the front wheel arch.
Just requires a few upgrades to the compressor, also it would be worth drying out the air dryer at the same time. The TSB below explains how to upgrade the compressor.

It is a fairly easy job if you have some decent tools and a small two arm gear puller (use it to remove and replace the exhaust valve cap)
The below is the repair kit, can also be purchased from the dealers

this is a quick guide from the disco 3 site on how to remove the compressor

use pleanty of penetrating oil on all connectors befor removal
