2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Alaska White
Strange fault 2010 RRS 3.0td

Today I pulled over stopped the engine, and answered my mobile.( just using the phone not the Bluetooth hands free function) I was on the phone for approx ten minutes, in this time I had not left the car, but when I tried to start the engine nothing happened, I couldn't even get the ignition to come on. After locking , unlocking and getting in and out the vehicle for the next 5-10 mins it finally came back to life.

Can anyone shed any light what was happening here, did I do something wrong ?

Thanks for the welcome,

No the car was stopped in park but the hand break was not put on. Nothing came up on the dash till it decided to start.

Check to see if your battery terminals are tight if you havn't checked already, they have been known to come loose, other than that i'd check the wires to the alternator and starter motor. Confused
