Big Stone Chip on front screen

RRS is now 4 months old, got our first stone chip on the front windscreen today, right in the centre quite big as well.

Has anybody had any experience of having a front screen replaced and where would be the best place be to get it done ? Thanks

If you can claim it on your insurance without hurting your NCB, they will probably have an approved partner such as AutoWindscreens or someone similar. I have had windscreens replaced by these folks and it was all done on my drive - took about an hour!

Cheers

Agree with Steve, see if your insurance covers it. Mine charge £50 XS which isn't bad. God knows how much a heated front screen would cost Shocked Old enough to know better,

Check if it can be fixed with a resin injection first rather than full hog replacement, the sooner you get it looked it the higher chance of this being possible.

Good luck. L319 D4 HSE
