2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black

Rear near side passenger heated seat fault

As stated in the title all of the other seats work and get verrrrrrrrrry warm, but the rear near side one doesn't. It illuminates the button, but no warmth! Any ideas?
