More off-road mud action from Down Under

http://www.youtube.com/jamieOGilmore

This latest movie shows the value in good tyres.

A Mitsubishi Triton went places the Sport just couldn't follow in the thick clay on a wet afternoon in the Watagans.

Some great action from some of the regular haunts.

Enjoy! 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6

Good on you mate.

Don't worry - they are definitely built to handle the rough stuff.

Make sure you get a few pics to post up on the forum. Thumbs Up 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6

Australia 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 SE Santorini Black

You did well considering you were only on all terrains. On our last visit to the clay forests here in the southwest, I was impressed with how a D3 on BFG AT's kept up with my RRS on MTR's with only a little more effort. The TR/TC systems are certainly impressive! Some pice at:

Australia 2005 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Tangiers Orange

Nice roofrack Thumbs Up

Does the Mitsi need some weight in the back to make it 'work' properly ? Friend of ours had the L200 (identical to that Triton) up until recently, he always found it was hopeless in muddy ground if he didn't have anything weighty in the back. Ran BFG A/T's on it, with a few bags of cement in the back it went anywhere, but empty it was just useless. Ex-G4 Challenge RRS HSE, BV55 YZE. Subtle shade of orange ! Now registered YZE481 G4RRS in Melbourne.

Some great pics there Gordon.

Love the shot of the patrol up to its neck in mud. Looks like you guys had a great day out.

Have just posted a new video of a return trip to Jenolan with the Triton. Have included the GPS reference for the hill climb in case people want to try it out for themselves.

Cheers

More new video action now online

Had forgotten I still had some extra vision from our Lithgow trip in October that I hadn't uploaded as yet so have just posted it to our youtube channel.

Should be the first thing you see when you log in to the page.

Enjoy!
