RRS's around the Nuneaton area

They're starting to pop up more often.... over the last week I have seen 2 silver sports and 1 black driving about the area close to home, but not been able to verify if V6 , V8 or supercharged. Always going in the opposite direction in quick traffic. But must say .... look good Smile Always wonder what they must be thinking when they see me Question Should you wave or not ? I suppose back in June you wouldnt have seen many, but now any trip I make I can almost say with certainty that I will see one. I also wonder if they would enjoy this forum as much as I have & do Cool

Maybe when the RRSPORT.CO.UK stickers arrive we can spread the word Wink

Bm3w is spreading the word already!

basically i was still hanging around the Bm3w forum like a lurker adding in my 2 pence worth every opportunity i got, but never felt quite at home owning one of these RRS's till someone pointed me in the right direction tonight..

would love to meet, i have also spotted manny RRS's but its hard to tell what model they are from the front, eveyone seems to be buying the supercharged vents off ebay anyway! was tempted by the overfinch exhaust tips also, but £500 for some fancy tips.. no thanks!! Past: Bmw M3 Coupe 57, 335d Coupe 56, Audi RS4 06, RR Sport TD HSE 05,
Current: 57 Bmw 730d Sport, 56 Merc S320 CDI L, 57 Merc Viano L 2.2CDI

Kam100,
Looks like we need to vet the forum for interest in a poss meet sometime/somewhere?

Kam, that someone on BM3W was me! My name on there is Donk. Long time M5 owner. Cool

Welcome, good to see you made the transition.

I find BM3W too opinionated these days, THIS forum however is a breath of fresh air, just keen enthusiasts who don't want to bitch about things, but enjoy the cars and see others enjoying them. Laughing

Best idea is to start a thread in the Events section for a midlands mini meet , as there's quite a few of us around now.

Kam, the other forum which I am sure we all visit too for ideas (though I have gone off it since moving here) is Rangerovers.net. You may find the answer to your exhaust tips query from BM3W there. Shocked
