United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I just figure its better to feed it something to help it not crack. Than to try and hide the cracks later on if they do happen Thumbs Up .

Would suggest that you use the Land Rover branded stuff then VW. Then if there are any problems you can get them on the warranty! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced

personally i use Raceglaze Leather Balm which doesn't leave any residue and has a nice leathery smell too

It does say in my FL2 manual that the leather should be treated to keep it supple

yea pretty much all leather should be fed at some point, the leather guys at the motorshow reckoned every 4-6months. Its bound to dry out and crack eventually. Ill just pop into CHPR and get some feed this week then. Cheers Tim Thumbs Up .

Megs Gold Leather Care with Aloe seems to work well - the Aloe is especially good for keeping the leather supple Thumbs Up

Re: Ball point pen ink on Alpaca

[quote="Lateral5
From the queen of household stain removal, Shannon Lush;

Q.How can I remove blue ink stains from a leather lounge?

A. Wipe it with white spirits, sprinkle with talcum powder. Leave it to dry then brush it off.

or

Ink/ballpoint on linoleum

What to use: Cotton bud, dry cleaning fluid; of milk, old toothbrush; or kerosene, cotton ball

How: Dip a cotton bud in dry cleaning fluid and wipe it over the biro marks. You could also rot some milk in the sun. Scrub the solids into the stain with an old toothbrush, the wash out. If the ink is red, and the flooring is lino, apply kerosene with a cotton ball. Those with vinyl or self levelling plastic will have to live with the red. It's impossible to move!

Don't shoot the messenger......just copied it verbatim! Wink[/quote]

What no old stockings or tongs needed Shocked Doesn't sound like Shannon Lush.

PS white Spirit = dry cleaning fluid. --------------------------------------------------------
