@Supertrotter: as for the *SKODA* i LOVE the sound of the 10 cyl. engine - i once got invited by a friend of mine who is the managing director at the factory owned Porsche Centre here in Stuttgart to sit in the Carrera GT and have a small ride - same engine noise - 10 cyl. ROCKS ! 2006 RRS TDV6HSE java black/alpaca, Privacy, S/C Grille & Vents, debagded and rebagded, Stormers, Tasmod`s sills, RRSPORT umbrella and stickers

I do have a thing for unusual engine configs.

Years ago I had a Golf V5 which was an ok car, but the engine noise reminded me of the original Audi Quattro i fell in love with as a kid.

V10's sound amazing - Gallardo, M5 (Awful @ tickover/gorgeous evry other time), Carrera GT (Beautiful car/engine - Embarrassing wooden gear knob!)

Gallardo is definitely on my list of cars to own, hopefully sooner rather than later! 06 RRS TDV6 HSE, Java/Ebony, PTI, Running Boards, Privacy, S/C Grille/Vents, Stormers, Tasmods, Black Badge Soon...
