Best of luck then but I am wondering whether you are still going to buy in Holland after you have been gone through the nitty gritty with the Dutch dealer. Believe me, for somebody based in Switzerland it just makes no sense buying a LR abroad. To begin with you'll certainly be paying more for the car, then you have to import it, get all the paperwork done, etc, etc. Also don't forget things like the three years free service and three years free break down assistance (which really covers everything) you'll get in Switzerland. You wont get the latter service from LR Switzerland if you drive a foreign bought car, so make sure you get that service from the Dutch dealer. It's just that you might have to wait a little for them to arrive here in Switzerland if you have a breakdown.......... Just compare the brochures/price lists carefully. BTW I've paid CHF 88'800 net (= EUR 55'500) for my HSE Diesel with metallic paint, sunroof and PTI.... try to get that somewhere else SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE BUG AND SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE WINDSHIELD 2010 TDV8 Ultimate Edition, zermatt-ebony-grand lacquer, and all the goodies, plus Superchips Bluefin ECU performance upgrade, Gibson Performance exhaust tips gone after only 7 months: MY10 TDV63.0 HSE, zermatt-ebony-anigree, Dynamic Response, Rear diff-lock, flappy paddles, premium leather, Sunroof, PTI, privacy glass, S/C design 5 Spoke Diamond Turned alloys |

Buy it in Germany - i think that would make it easier to import it to Schocoladeland

Roland, I'm sure that what you're saying makes sense, i.e.Service,Road ass. etc. Price , including Swiss VAT it's approx. Sfr. 2000.00 cheaper buying in Holland. They give your more discount since they can keep some in stock! I just think that's absurd waiting 1 year for a car....! JJ |
