For 25k I would have that UR Quattro in a heartbeat. I must have been watching too much Ashes to Ashes!

I borrowed one once from my Uncle who was a car dealer, in about1986 I think. I was a young buck then and drove it like a hoon for a few days before he wanted it back. What a driver's car, at the time it was a stunning driver's car in white with white alloys and that digital dash!

Kerry Packer's old wheels! Laughing

Must admit, $25k seems cheaper that I thought an legit Audi Quattro would costs - not that I will be bidding for it!

I was fortunate enough to own a UR Quattro..... Bow down Thumbs Up Bow down Thumbs Up

As you say, a proper drivers car. In fact I'd go so far as to say that the UR handled better than any of the A4 Quattros I've had since, including my current ride.

The dash was a piece of art and the well maintained ones will still have the synthesized voice working....In many ways the technology was more "user friendly" as well. The diffs are manually lockable and you have the ability to manually turn of ABS. Both are excellent tools when driving in the snow.

Alas, in my youth I used mine as a track car. Wish I'd kept it standard and still had it Sad

Very very hard to find a good one any more and because there wasn't that many built trying to find a mechanic who know's them is like RHS! Current: I can't say...Oh the Shame!
