iPOD Control Hookup

Is there a cable available that will allow us to control the iPOD from the factory LOGIC7 Stereo? Is the Nav and Stereo used from another car that maybe one of the iPOD connector manufacturers have developed a control cable for and just haven't realized that it will work with the new Sport?

Thanks. Getting just a normal hookup on Tuesday, so your timely help is appreciated, so I don't end up wasting money.

No. Sorry. The only head unit that is similar is in the Disco 3/LR3 (and Range Rover). Very Happy

Since the darn head unit can't even display CD-Text or MP3 tags.... Rolling Eyes Did you really expect more? Wink

(FYI: Most iPod hack interfaces simulate a factory CD changer and plug-in as one... cheesy, but workable if you don't have a changer.)

Damn. It'd be nice just to change the track when something you're sick of came on without having to reach down, take your eyes off the road, and fiddle with the iPOD.

Well if anyone knows of a solution, please let us know.
