I have read quite a few posts recently where people talk about how good or bad their dealers have been, someone also mentioned why not name and shame them.

I use Lloyd Landrover in Carlisle and think they are great. They are personable, professional, love Landrovers and really do go the extra mile (quite literally) to look after their customers. I live about 40 miles away from the dealership, but they unhesitatingly come and collect my car when it needs a service and drop off a loaner of the same breed. There is no charge for that. As a Mercedes driver in recent years I know what bad service can be (poor attitude, lack of communication, big surprises on the bill, no loaner - not even a lift to work from the dealership, and above all - total ignorance of their product). |
