Australia 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver
Diesel Additive - Engine Cleaner

Any one use anything to give the internals a good clean out. I believe the diesel down here is not to EN standards so subject to varying particle levels. Mate noticed when i was driving it on the freeway last week, it was easy to see when i accelerated or the vehicle changed up due to the "toxic tractor" plume that emitted from the exhaust..

Is there anything that can be added to the mix now and again to help expunge the crap and make the "diesel plume" minimal Question Question

back from a 50K service today and nothing wrong found.. so put it down to the "oil burner" characteristics of a diesel.

What about the 2 Stroke oil theory? Apparently a 2 Stroke mix at 1:200 gives less emissions and better economy. Anyone been adding it each fill? There was a thread about it sometime ago. 2008 RRS TDV6 Stornoway & Ebony
