As you know, with our assistance, NickM is organising the London Meet in a couple of weeks time. We will be looking after sending out an information pack to those who are attending. With this in mind I thought that I would give a quick update as to who has responded and who is yet to come back to us. I will follow up this post with a PM to those who are yet to respond, just in case they missed the previous request for information.

Would have been good to have 20 plus cars, but lets see what happens - I have advised Ace that there will be approx 15 cars so far, each with passes in their windows, with about 30 people for lunch, and a possibility for 40....so lets hope the numbers increase! Dear all,

I have had a number of people interested in the 'Meet' who are not on the confirmed list.

With this in mind, could I ask that anyone who is on the 'confirmed' list who has not yet responded does so before Friday evening, otherwise I will need to offer the places to the 'reserves'. We may then get to a situation where we will not be able to guarantee spaces to those who have not responded by this time.

I hope everyone is ok with this as we are now getting very close to the event and we need to firm up confirmed spaces.

Hi guys just back from Singapore and will be there on the 16th. In one of my emails to Lucy/James while I was away I said that if there was anybody else driving up from the New Forest on the morning of the 16th I could meet them and drive up in convoy - I'll be driving from Scotland to Sway midweek and staying there driving up via the M27/M3/M25 - I think one of the guys at CHPR even programmed their place into my stanav, must check!
