IMPORTANT FOR ALL THOSE WISHING TO ATTEND THE MEETING

Dear all,

We originally specified a total of 30 places for the London Meet, however this is only a restriction as far as parking is concerned at both The Ace Cafe and also at Charles Hurst Park Royal, plus the table for lunch. So with this in mind I need to build up a 'confirmed list' and a 'reserves list' made up of people who would like passes should anyone drop out or if we are able to accommodate more nearer the time.

For those of you who are on the confirmed list already, or for those who are not, but would like to come along (if anyone drops out), then please can you email the following information to lucygreen@charleshurstgroup.co.uk to be added to the official mailing list for passes:

Not exactly at the moment, however as I type we have 29 who have said yes and a few 'possibly', therefore I would guess that we'll have a few more than 30 cars that want to come, especially with the added draw of a couple of 7-series BMW's on display too!

NickM has booked a table for 30, however with more than one per car on average we may need a few more places. Guess we'll have a final tot-up nearer the time.

Do you know if Tim will be ashore by then?
