There was talk of issuing windscreen cards or stickers so as to easily identify who belongs to this forum. In order to prevent a load of gate crashers on the event.

From what I understand, parking at the ACE Cafe is rather limited & with the kind invitation from CH PR to have a car park meet there too, it would be unfair to have a laod of extra RRS's or other cars there.

What do you think ???

It was suggested on page 13 of this thread, to have windscreen passes.

Fourm sticker is a good idea Jay.

Only thing is mine is on the back window, so I guess I'll just reverse up the road

I suggested the window passes. The plan (if it's ok with everyone) is that each forum member will be issued with a pass when they arrive at the dealership, but it will be linked directly to your forum name. I will hand these out before you leave to go on your cruise. Hopefully NickM can ask The Ace to only allow vehicles into the car park that have these passes?

I think this should work well, and also you'll be able to look at a car when it's parked up and link it to a specific forum member and introcuce yourself (or not as the case may be)!!

Any views?

PS I think I'm probably going to do a prize draw (and no I'm not able to give a new HST away!), one entry per car (in return for your details!) and give out prizes later at the ACE!

Good idea... still no news from NickM I presume?  

Final design / colouring etc. for the passes should be kept under wraps until we get the passes on the day.

No use in posting the actual pass on here, or the ticket touts will get their hands on them.
