It shows that the seller has'nt cleared it through his paypal account? Is the seller niave? He is only just registered with ( 0 ) feedback. I know buter beware and all that - but we all start off with zero feedback. 
I have emailed the seller & sent a message via ebay - but no response as yet.
Has anyone come accross this before? 
hihi, this has happened to me recently.
It has something to do with paypal heightening their security regarding potential fraud and only posting funds to the seller once they have been a)totally cleared through the banking system and b) the account from which the funds are drawn has not had a stop applied due to fraud/stolen card.
The last time this happened to me the seller waited about 5 days for the 'cleared funds' message within his paypal account before sending me the goods. TDV6 SE Buckingham Blue, Alpaca, Cherry trim, Supercharger side and front grils, Privacy Glass, PTI, Roof rails&rack, Removeable tow-bar, Goodyear Wrangler F1's, Cherished plate, Alpine built in SatNav, rear view camera.......
