Mine knocks, not all the time (ie on the same stretch of road at 30 hitting same lumps and bumps, some days it does some days it doesnt ) its bearable but should it have to be? NO!

We need a third option of this is a great initiative I support but i can't make the event for whatever reason!! I want to be able to show my support even if 12,000 miles away! Unless that is that you pick me up in your chinook wokka??!!  2008 TDV6 WHITE/EBONY

Count me in. I have found another dealer who is prepared to attempt a rectification of the problem and will let you know how this goes.

If I'm about, then yes...........as long as its lawful.

Though I appear to be one of the lucky ones thanks to Stratstones Newport Pagnell who have fixed it after 10 months of ownership from new and numerous days in the garage. Fingers crossed.

One noticeable difference apart from no knocking, is that my latest set of tyres aren't scrubbing on the outside edges yet after about 3K miles. The first set were very badly worn at that mileage.

New parts fitted - AR bushes all round, front AR linkage and FNS lower ball joint. Full 4 wheel alignment done after I replaced the tyres. Which is appalling for a new car at this price

But it did came very close to moving to Charleshurst to whom I am very grateful for the advice and support they provided to me during this time.

LR.....If I didn't like the vehicle so much I would have jumped ship. MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield,tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.

I'll definitely be there. My cars just been in for its first service and the knocking. I said I don't want it back unless its fixed permenantly. The Service manger said it's pointless bringing it in then, what a attitude.
