Why are people so THICK!!!
Despite ordering and going through 8 skips in two weeks, (had a lot of crap to clear from a house).. the skip company who we've been using, decided to not follow instructions yesterday and arrived at 8am even though our lads don't start till 9.30am! Now they are being really arsey, and won't bloody deliver a damn skip.. and i have 2 lads sitting there with their thumbs up their ass waiting around to load the new one!! girl on the end of the phone is a silly cow.. needs a good slap.. You would think a customer and address who has had so much business in the past week would get some priority but they don't seem to understand what business relationships are.. probably why they are dealing in skips and human waste! Felt like asking the shaz on the end of the phone how many GCSE's she had!
