Shocked Shocked I am shocked by the comments on lack of phonebook synching / does not connect everytime.................

I recently took the plunge for the second time and bought the 8Gb version, albeit 3 weeks before the price drop Evil or Very Mad I have full sync on the phonebook and it connects 100% of the time with no issues.

I opted for the non-o2 contract variety, popped into CWH, got one, came home, hacked it (took no more than 10 mins), added a zillion new apps that have been created especially fot the Iphone, have full use of ALL the facilities (excluding visual voicemail - which is plain rubbish anyway). I am on o2, but tried it with all the SIMS I have here (T-Mobile, Voda, Orange) and all worked as it should. It does not however work on the 3 network - but who uses 3 anyway?!

Second time around (1st time, I had it for a week, got bored as it was contract tied and sold on FleaBay for a 80 pound profit - yep, idiots still exist), i keep thinking why has it taken us so long to get to this from those other antiquated handsets we have used upto now?! Big Cry

I spent £200 on the latest and greatest Nokia 3 months ago but forgot how horrible the Symbian platform was....that phone is now gaining dust particles...RIP Nokia.....the Iphone for me is a winner. Thumbs Up My Gladiators:

Three is the first odd prime number, and the second smallest prime. It is both the first Fermat prime (22º + 1) and the first Mersenne prime (2² - 1), as well as the first lucky prime. However, it's the second Sophie Germain prime, the second Mersenne prime exponent, the second factorial prime (2! + 1), the second Lucas prime, the second Stern prime.

Three is the first unique prime due to the properties of its reciprocal.

Three is the third Heegner number

Does that help? My Gladiators:

Buy one, the're fantastic!!!! From the calendar to the video to the ipod ect, it's all good.
If I pair mine at the begining of the day, it usually stays paired for the whole day. You live with that in the end as it's such a fantastic phone. I got the leads to plug mine into the rse so my daughter can watch different to the boy, perfect quality! lead keeps it charged as well.
Mine is with an o2 contract, my daughter 's is locked to o2 but she can use a pay and go sim. My brothers is fully unlocked, he's had it 2 months and still hasn't got it out of the box.

You seriously need to Jailbreak your phone.......I have ALL of the above. Thumbs Up Apps listed for your info:

Copy / Paste - SSH hack, i.e. part of the Jailbreak
Video recorder - SSH hack, i.e. part of the Jailbreak
Sending MMS to other mobiles - Swirly MMS
Forwarding Text - SSH hack, i.e. part of the jailbreak

Plus 1000's of other apps...which are all FREE!! Thumbs Up

Tutorials here: http://www.iclarified.com/

Jailbreak here: http://download.ziphone.org/

Once you have broken, you can add all of the apps you would ever want via 'Installer' which will be a Pod on the Iphone, i.e. an icon. All very easy. You will need Edge or WAN to do the apps installs. Thumbs Up My Gladiators:
