Removing bumpers, door trims and parking sensors

Right, I have a bit of spare time next week and am going to get up to a bit of colour coding.. I was wondering if anybody knew where all the screws and fasteners are for the front and rear bumpers and the plastic trims along the bottom of the 4 doors are so I can remove them. Also to save removing the bumpers, can the parking sensors be removed without taking the bumper off? I know the rear is very tight. Any help would be great!

Not sure about anything else but I know the parking sensors can be sprayed without removing them so you can paint the whole thing.

Yes, I know sense tells you not to but my cousin has a body shop and they spray bumpers with them in as they checked with different manufacturers.

Could always use a thin smear of Vaseline or even washing up liquid over them to stop the overspray if you are worried. Sellotape is quite useful as cheap masking tape too A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

TDv8 HSE - Stornoway Grey with ebony and straight grain walnut wood-a-like interior with towpack, Tasmods. The best car I have ever owned
Now departed - Giverny Green TDv6SE with Aspen and Parchment interior - nearly the best car I have ever owned
Staying - Epsom Green Defender 90 for playing off road

The problem by just spraying over them is 2 fold.

1). it reduces the range.
2). the paint will flake and crack as there is a joint there that will flex therefore I am going to remove the sensor paint over the hole and refit therefore making a better more professional looking job.

I agree if the jeep was any other colour I would paint the sensors body colour as well before refitting but black on black there is no point.

Just curious, where did you get those pictures from Question presumably a service manual of some sorts. I'd like to remove a few interior pieces, but without a good manual, I'm not too keen.
