2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Bonatti Grey

New knocking noise diagnosis

Well had an update from the Master Tech this pm.

Knocking noise has been diagnosed as caused by a faulty FNS Ball Joint.

New parts being fitted today so fingers crossed for when I pick it up tomorrow MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield,tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.

I'll update the post tomorrow when I pick it up. I do hope it is a positive outcome.

They've checked everything else in the TSB I handed them. Thanks for posting it up. MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield,tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.

Just put 4 new Conti's on and it's now gone off to have the 4 wheel alignment checked.

Would have been £1300 for the tyres but for the maintenance contract
