FL2 Spolier Brackets help

Hi

I have found a spoiler for my FL2, and i can get it cheap, but it has no brackets as he mislaid them, None of the dealers can help as they have to order complete kits Sad

Apart from the picture on the owners info website i don't know the dimensions or how they actually look, so i don't know if a DIY store could have anything similar.

Any thoughts?? I have asked the questions and it been discussed over on freel2.com but we are stuck on any answers

Cheers

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

Any way that you can get a sketch of the brackets with dimensions from our friendly sponsors? A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

TDv8 HSE - Stornoway Grey with ebony and straight grain walnut wood-a-like interior with towpack, Tasmods. The best car I have ever owned
Now departed - Giverny Green TDv6SE with Aspen and Parchment interior - nearly the best car I have ever owned
Staying - Epsom Green Defender 90 for playing off road

i have not asked him for a sketched drawing

but he has done all the relevant inquiries regarding obtaining a set

there would be nothing they can do, if a spoiler comes and the box is not complete they order another complete box, not just the missing part

Its a shame as the deal i can get saves me nearly £200 but i don't have the means on getting any brackets made or the know how

The chaps looking to see if he can work it out or find the brackets he has mislaid

I am at my dealers tomorrow, and i'll ask if they have a set i can look at, whether it on a car or in a box and see if i can take a few pictures:|

As you say, probably wouldn't be difficult to fabricate but then you'd obviously need the specs... Confused Is it worth emailing the parts guy at CHPR or The Large One to see if they can help?

Evil or Very Mad shafted

The chap who was selling me it, sold it to somebody else, even though he agreed to hold it a couple days whilst I looked into the brackets.

A mans word is no good nowadays Wink
