It's OK, the thule bike carriers adapt to the track system on the roof rails. Pull the rubber strip out and your local roof rack shop will give you the bolts to slide into it. Come in packs of 3. If the racks are thule then the brackets come off and the bolts replace them. I did this to some thule 510s.
