Other than BT issues all is OK. It's really nice to have a fixed base with all our equipment in one place.

The showroom is complete bar a small amount of stock awaiting delivery, the workshop needs final touches but is in use. The complete upstairs portion is currently tyre storage but we hope to turn it into a seperate alloy wheel showroom with the tuning equipment downstairs in the main showroom.

Early days yet but the mobile doesn't stop ringing. It's on charge all the time but tends to get hot and shut down for an hour or so. Not good.

Anyone want sill plates, we have a stock there available for collection or posting.

BT rep conveniently had his mobile stolen. All numbers and contacts gone for at least two weeks we were told.

Funny though, he could ring us on either of two mobiles from his office. nah, too simple that.

Making a complaint is a farce, they all cover each other and it's virtually impossible to contact anyone of importance.
When we did, they were told by the local business office that they would not talk to us until an investigation was carried out. Seems they are seperately managed.

They've never really sold in great numbers but now it is even harder as there are so many imitators on ebay.

Many I recognise as having bought from me then copied them. Ah well that's business.

Fair enough, they seemed to have been very popular with the forum membership but I don't suppose it's made you megabucks in that respect. Even so, I'm sure you'll always find us recommending a set of Tasmods as opposed to cheap eBay copies

True they are a right bunch of managed to last 2 years with them, but the best move was to leave

To qualify this, i mean the company and general culture, not the people i worked with.. they are caught up in the same malaise hard to get things done, even for internal customers within the org

Rob, gutted you're still having problems with your line instal. You might remember over a month ago you remapped RRSport TDV8 - great result! I also run a voice and data technology company - we could probably have you up and running with a dedicatedinternet connection and voip within 4 weeks - and it would save you a significant amount of money as a small business.

Up to you but it has to be worth considering (we won't retire on the profit but it's a great solution!!)

Since you remapped my care we have set 3 sme businesses up in this way no problem.
