Yep made it. Two posts have gone this way, type them out and submit but then offered to sign in and post cleared before sending. Most frustrating. D-Tech are a TurboChip remap dealer.

Either that, or empty your cookies/temporary internet files. Problem should go away if you do that.

Seems to have helped Very Happy

I was going to have a rant about BT and their service or lack of. Still no phone lines after a month since placing order.
Tale of cockups and downright lies.

They will not take my calls or talk to me anymore Sad Can't believe how we have been treated. D-Tech are a TurboChip remap dealer.

That's BT all over Rob, I'm afraid. We moved house recently and they managed to Censored up our telephone line too, then got shirty with us when we said we'd move our billing to another company. It's no way to do business. Rolling Eyes

BT are Censored when it comes to orders, recently moved office and 4 separate business lines where transfered to the ISDN? service and when it was up and running we could only have 2 outgoing lines instead of 4

To top it off they wouldn't rectify it straight away as it wasn't there fault it had been set up wrong, a week later they turned up Shocked

How they can say it wasn't their fault when its their system, their engineers and Censored service Shocked

This is where it all falls down. The heirarchy has changed due to privatisation.

BT now only sell the lines or the service. 'Openreach' are the engineer installers and are a seperate entity to BT, they are contractors.

This is the major problem, Openreach are unable to change anything that is in black and white from BT, even if they can whilst with you. Been there got that frustrating T shirt.

The BT salesmen are on commission and not averse to lying to get paperwork signed.

One has been dismissed over our problem whilst a second has had his commission withdrawn. However this does not help us as each BT dept denies any involvement.

BT local business will not take any calls if our number shows on display. When we call anonymously they hang up when they realise it is us. Top person in area was shocked when business centre told them they will not talk to us until internal investigation is carried out. they admit we have been very polite but puzzled by all this. D-Tech are a TurboChip remap dealer.

just for balance, I moved offices in May - BT Business BB were superb - had a named person managing the move and had his direct number and email address - the whole process was perfect

I don't believe this ! We have finally got through to BT to check if they are coming to install and our order has been cancelled by an unknown Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

It cannot be reinstated but starts all over again. I think someone is yanking our chain Censored

Wonder if someone who is competition has a relative within BT ? D-Tech are a TurboChip remap dealer.
