Time for an exhaust swap I think..

Do any of our members have a JP system?? (JP in Macclesfield)

These are sold by : TD5 alive (yorkshire) , RPI (norfolk).
RPI are now selling these on Ebay.
i think the twisted performance is a jp one also?

They are offered with 3 1/2 inch round pipe trims or 5x3inch ovals

I like the larini system , great sound and a great idea for the tailpipe which aims the soot downwards.

Anyone??

JP's website is very positive regarding the quality of their products. They don't actually state they do exhausts for the TDV6 and TDV8 though. Perhaps you could convince them to be a sponsor of this forum as there would be a captive audience for sales on here. They certainly make a TD5 disco sound good judging by their audio clip, so goodness knows what they could do for the TDV8.  2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

Had the exhaust fiitted , what a difference.

The noise is very classy , very V8 like without being lairy.

I will post a vid clip on youtube when I get a minute.
Am I happy....oh yes.

Interior noise is no different except when very low rpm when it's a deep burble just about audible .

Outside it is deeper but in an understated way.
On the way home I got complimented on my petrol RRS.

It is in development but they are looking for a development car.......discounts are in the air

Overall a great bunch of people , they treated me and the car with care and respect and they make a great cup of tea.

Their price is £550 +Vat with free fitting.

They are always busy for fitting and development so you need to book well in advance.

I know they have two busy dealers that I know of, TD5 alive in Yorkshire and RPI in Norfolk.

I found the system on Ebay in the RPI ebay shop. do a search for range rover exhaust on ebay and you'll find the JP system on the rpi shop (I think it might be 575 on ebay but cant remember if that includes vat or not)

There are 2 tailpipe options , 3.5 inch round or 5x3.5 inch ovals.
I was greedy so I bought both sets. .. I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure.
I'm wearing the ovals at the moment . Isnt vanity a terrible thing?
