Navigation of the move revisited (non-US based owners only)

Sorry lads for starting another thread about his never ending story, but I really need you help.

I had my car at the dealer this morning to update the navigation software enabling navigation on the move. This was my dealer's third attempt to get it done Evil or Very Mad

So before lunch break back to the garage to collect the car................ only to learn that they still didn't manage to get the update installed. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad They haven't got a clue why it doesn't work with my car since with the same software they've managed to update a newer Disco 3 a week or two ago.

Mine is a MY06 TDV6 with the original Nav DVD.

Any ideas or hints and tips what to do? Big Cry I really do need that feature and I am pissed off always having to enter the 1791 hack.

Do you have the luxury of another dealer to get them to try? I wonder how much of this is a lack of ability...

I'm afraid not Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Apparently it 's some issue with the german version of the LR software required for the update....... Question Question Question ...might be true but at the same I was told that the upgrade did work for two Discoverys they did a month ago....

I will now have to try another, hopefully more competent garage. SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE BUG AND SOMETIMES YOU'RE THE WINDSHIELD
