RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

Houston we have a problem!

Guys we have a PROBLEM!!
Nicky just left me a phone message...
"Kamran.. i am sooo sorry, i have just realised i made a mistake with the booking dates, 21st is already booked, i need to reschedule you to the 28th.. please confirm whether this is ok!!? "

Does this change anything for anyone, please review your diaries etc and let me know asap. Really sorry about this guys, but literally just got the message while i was on the other line. Would April 28th 2006 pose any problems for anyone already on the agreed list. Will PM every member also.

So for new joiners, new date is April 28th 2006 to the trip to the holy land.

I don't believe this..
Just rang her back to tell her that we should be ok for the 28th, and she said, oh no, i was about to phone you! 21st is ok, we have managed to reschedule the other party, as i didn't hear back from you until now.

So we are back on for the 21st!! so panic over, back to the same programme as before, and you can add back the people that were on the list before. We DEFINITELY have this booking now!!

She apologised to me and everyone involved for the mixup, she has promised us that this is concrete now.

Sorry guys, seemed to cry wolf a little too early i think..

nah see my new and improved thread.
basically, wait till we have final numbers, then we will know how much we have to pay each i.e. our own £120 (hopefully) and then the other proportion of Martins ticket, then send me the cheques (address will be given) for the amount (payable to Landrover) and once i have all the cheques and payments in and the totals tally, i'll get it over to Nicky at the experience centre at LR. Cheques will be needed to be made payable to Land Rover.

Its Ok I did spot the new thread.
Shame L/R aren't as generous as Aston Martin. I had a free visit at their factory with buffet and a Tie pin as a gift thrown in.. TDV6 - gone
