My voice activation has only worked once since I've had the car. A complete waste of time and effort if you ask me. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Agree, but I'm also getting the nav on the move upgrade (which I've been told LR have advised to charge for 3/4 hr labour for this alone).

Anyway I'm happy with the charge (not quite £100 by the way) Zambezi Silver TDV6 D3 HSE, Privacy glass, Side steps and Maxxraxx 5 Bike carrier.

Thumbs Up

Are you now able to view the phonebook and use the touchscreen to make calls? - hopefully mine will be done next week as a new bluetooth module should be here tomorrow. Zambezi Silver TDV6 D3 HSE, Privacy glass, Side steps and Maxxraxx 5 Bike carrier.

According to the information on the LR site about my phone it says you can 'Dial a number from the touch-screen/radio keypad' - I presumed that only the FFRR would have the touch-screen functionality. Displaying the details on the radio display is fine though Thumbs Up Zambezi Silver TDV6 D3 HSE, Privacy glass, Side steps and Maxxraxx 5 Bike carrier.

Touch screen is only on the FFRR.

On RRS hit the green button on steering wheel which displays phonebook on radio. Twiddle right knob shows your name list and either push the right knob or the green button on wheel makes the call. If you also push the menu button on right side of radio this brings up recent call lists, turn phone on/off, etc etc. OR simply dial the number using keypad on the radio.
Think I've got that correct. MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield, tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.

I'm happy with my 6500 classic via bt.

But occasionally I find that when it is in my pocket I've got no signal. That wasn't an issue with the 6230i in the cradle cos the car boosted the signal. But hey ho. MY08 RRS TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, Ebony and Zabrano, sunroof, hybrid tv, premium ICE, rear E diff, privacy glass, side steps, mud flaps, S/Grey mirror covers, Venture shield, tasmods, smoked indicators, Larini sports exhaust, etc, etc.
