They pair up & can be used over BT OK, just not sure of the phonebook/contacts availability. I would have thought so, but with Apple often using old technology in different packaging, you never can tell! Bodsys Brake Bible

Just spoken to my dealer as they have the car tomorrow, they are going to do this upgrade and the nav on the move upgrade whilst they have it. Smile

Unfortunately yes, but I believe that they have given me a good price. The bluetooth upgrade according to LR should take 50 minutes and the nav on the move is 30 (I believe) but they are only charging me for an hour and they are discounting that by 20%.

I suppose that's sort of fair enough... ish. To my mind, they should be discounting more heavily, given it's not an elapsed 80 mins of anyone's time - they'll start it off and then go off and do something else (charging for that too!). Unfortunately my bluetooth unit is faulty and will not take the update - but my dealer has ordered a new unit under warranty and will do the upgrade as soon as they are able to get and fit the new unit.

£100 to read a phone book is a hell of an expensive phone book.
Anyway I have no problems with mine now that all the numbers are copied from the SIM to the phone - found out today that even the missed calls list is even working on the B/T.

All I have left to do is to sit in the car programming in the voice activation thing, that will get the neighbours talking Rolling with laughter 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
