But they are as rare as hen's teeth! General Grabber sells a good All Terrain tyre that will meet most offroading requirements - the AT2
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?ti...abber+AT+2
Some of the guys over on Disco3.co.uk have been running them on their Disco3's
For a 19" wheels with the speed and load rating and suitable for offroad use your choice is limited to just about that selection, GY MTR's or General Grabber AT2s! A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

TDv8 HSE - Stornoway Grey with ebony and straight grain walnut wood-a-like interior with towpack, Tasmods. The best car I have ever owned
Now departed - Giverny Green TDv6SE with Aspen and Parchment interior - nearly the best car I have ever owned
Staying - Epsom Green Defender 90 for playing off road

Have just fitted a set of 19" GY MT/Rs on mine and not had a chance to use them off road yet, but sure noticed the fuel consumption hit with them, 32.1 mpg on the 20" Continentals and 25.9mpg on the 19" GY MT/Rs
have a try of Caithness Tyre Services Patty there knows where there are 3 MT/Rs Sons of dogs come eat flesh

Tim, I still don't see the General AT2s listed in a 19" size on tirerack (or General's web site.) Is that a UK / Europe only size, like those MTRs we cannot get across the pond?

Umberto, have just checked their UK website and you are right, no 19" are available here, must check with the guys locally who are running a TDv6 on them, it may be that their car doesn't have Brembos/DR so they can still fit 18" wheels. A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

Australia 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

Gents, any recommendations for the 18" footwear, i have the standard 10 spokes, currently running on Conti's cross contact but the offside front is about to give up the ghost looking at the uneven wear.

They are Cross contacts 255/66/ R18 109V

Hear alot out hear about Coopers, Wranglers, not sure what to go for and what would work..

Cheers

Coopers do a 255/55 R18 with 109 rating, but it states 109T which is 190 KMH which is under the official LR rating of 193KMH for the TDv6, can i assume the 3 km's will make all the difference to the insurance company Evil or Very Mad if it ever came to a payout yet another Pommie living in Sydney
