just had a call from Shukers Shrewsbury (apparently) - how am I progressing regarding having my RRS repaired sorry, but the word 'muppets' now comes to mind

Sounds like they charged you 15minutes labour to fit a 2p part. I bought one from the accessories section of the dealer when I did the same thing. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

would like to clarify one important point which maybe I failed to highlight - all the people I have spoken too at Shukers, although unable to support as I wished, have been very polite - I am disappointed with the dealership policy, pricing structure and general ability to supply customer delight

though its fair to add yesterday our RRS went in for its first service at Shukers of Shrewsbury - they quoted the lowest price out of 4 local dealers, plus handled the service very professionally. Also the actual cost was a smidge under the estimate too
