windshield washer resevoir

Not long ago I had my windshield washer reservoir replaced. The dealer had to order one and in the interim sealed the defective one with “super glue!” I sent out a posting on this episode several months ago. Well, the new replacement, after a short period of time, has done the same thing. I am just wondering, anyone else out there having this problem or am I simply lucky Question

Can't say I've ever heard of it.
Is it possible that there is something putting pressure on it or
rubbing against it that eventually causes it to crack? 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black
