Couple of idiots

Spotted a couple of idiots in a black 07 HSE with chrome bling wheels this morning in Melton.
The traffic was bad as usual here at the moment and instead of waiting a couple of minutes they did a U turn nearly wiping out another car.
They then realised the quicker way to get through town was to drive through the completely pedestrianised centre at quite a speed Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
Afraid they did the image of RRS's no good at all as they went passed quite a few Censored off people.
