2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Java Black

Gas tank venting problems

My 2006 RRS HSE has a problem that my dealer is having a difficult time fixing. Ever since I bought the car about a month ago, I have been unable to refuel without the automtatic pump sensor clicking the pump off. It takes 30 min. to fill my tank at the gas station. Has anyone else had this problem??

Had a similiar problem on a BMW. Only solution was to replace the gas tank.

There's a similar issue with the Ford Mustang, the new version, apparently in the US the dealers are fixing it under warranty, might be worth ringing a Ford dealer and pretending you have one and ask them why it's doing it. L319 D4 HSE
