My father has 4 Michelin XCA tyres that have only done 28000 miles on his Transit based motorhome. This has always been stored in a garage so UV hasn't degraded them - they look like new and have 6-7mm tread depth remaining.

I also have 4 Grizzly Claw Extreme Mud Tyres on White modular wheels for sale - these are 15" wheels and tyres to fit a Land Rover Defender or early Disco and have only covered 5000 miles so still have >10mm tread left. They are 5 years old. £120 for all four inc the wheels and nuts.
