Hi there Sportman, I would suggest that you have an intermittent fault in the airbag system somewhere and you should get the car into the dealership and have it looked at as soon as possible in case the bags inflate while you are driving........................... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Tim,

Next Saturday I will take it for the first service, and I would ask the dealer to check it, but does the by pass beeep alarm for the safety belt has any relation to that? I feel yes coz only after that time when I by pass it I got it and it's coming onece per week or even more..and when I restrart the engine it goes..don't you think it's a fualt indication? anyhow any other advise for first service.. 2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, Buckingham Blue, Ivory converted to HST Silver

Nothing special in the first service but your car might be kept in overnight to complete any ECU/ Satnav upgrades. I would suggest that any doubts about the airbag system should be brought to the attention of the service agent for investigation - even if it is just for peace of mind Sport. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Just one thought Sportman, have you ever used the airbag isolation for the passenger seat that is located in the door jam area (cannot remember which side for now) that you should turn if you put a baby seat on the front seat?
Try putting the key into the slot and turn it on then turn it off and then back again....................... grasping at straws here. Whatever you do with that switch make sure that you leave it with the passenger side air bag armed if you don't use a baby chair so your front passengers are protected. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Don't know if his car has it, Tim. Considering its a left-hand drive, it might be American specs which does not have this feature. Malaysia Boleh!
